Training

The NuGenesis Enterprise Solutions group provides training programs flexible enough to meet the unique needs of each customer. Experienced NuGenesis trainers introduce new users, data architects, project managers, and system administrators to NuGenesis SDMS features and functionality, with valuable operational insights and customization techniques. Enterprise Solutions also offers a program certifying customer personnel to provide the NuGenesis SDMS user training. Regional locations are available for most training programs, and larger groups also have the option of holding training at or near the customer site.

Training Schedule

Automation Toolset

Designed for base level programmers who will learn how to integrate and develop customization utilizing the NuGenesis Software Development Kit (SDK). How to program using the SDK and its capability with Visual basic as the programming language will be covered. Individualized help will be available for C++ and Java throughout the course.
 

Data Modeling

A program designed for data architects and project managers who will look at the data management needs across an organization, and the factors to be considered when capturing instrument data and/or report data from various sources. The concepts of metadata (data about the data) and catalog design to meet scientific, business and strategic needs will be detailed.
 

End User Overview

This is an overview for end users of NuGenesis SDMS functionality. Topics include how data is captured, searched, viewed, stored, approved, moved and communicated.
 

SDK Toolset Training Course

Introduction to the NuGenesis SDK, including SDK APIs, using the SDK, creating applications.
 

SDMS Administrator

Provides training for NuGenesis system administrators on implementing the SDMS Administration program. Attendees learn how to administer the groups, users and privileges, electronic signature and audit tools that are created within NuGenesis SDMS. A hands-on approach is used for building and managing projects, and for capturing “file and print” data into projects. Also covered is how changes at the system administration level affect the look and feel of the product for NuGenesis SDMS users.
 

Trainer Certification

Customer personnel who complete this program receive certification from NuGenesis Technologies to deliver NuGenesis end user training to employees within their company.
 

Training Manual Customization

Enterprise Solutions can customize the NuGenesis SDMS user training manual, the design of the training program and its implementation.
